Terms and Conditions
Last updated 5 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to and use of the website at gdev.agency (the Website).
By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.
These terms govern use of the Website only. Any design, development, deployment, hosting support, maintenance or other paid services supplied by Gdev are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work and Client Service Agreement.
2. About Gdev
Gdev is the trading name of:
- Proprietor: George Angheluta
- Legal form: Sole trader
- Trading name: Gdev
- Business/service address: Gravesend DA12 2AW
- Email: hello@gdev.agency
Gdev is established in England and provides digital design, website development, landing pages, website redesign, technical implementation, launch support and related services.
3. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about Gdev, its services, work, process and contact methods.
Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or professional advice. You should obtain appropriate advice for your circumstances.
4. No client contract is formed by Website use
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking an introductory meeting or exchanging preliminary messages does not automatically create a client contract.
A contract for paid services is formed only when the applicable proposal, statement of work and Client Service Agreement have been accepted in the specified manner.
Gdev may accept or decline any proposed project.
5. Service information and estimates
Gdev takes reasonable care when publishing service information, but:
- descriptions are general and may not cover every dependency or limitation;
- examples and portfolio items do not guarantee an identical result;
- delivery estimates are not binding unless included in an accepted contract;
- prices are indicative unless expressly stated to be fixed;
- third-party prices, free plans, limits, functionality and terms may change;
- no search ranking, revenue, enquiry volume, accessibility score or performance score is guaranteed; and
- final deliverables are defined by the signed project documents.
If Website information conflicts with an accepted project agreement, the project agreement takes priority for that project.
6. Client projects and ownership
Client projects are governed by a separate signed Client Service Agreement.
Subject to full cleared payment and the exclusions in that agreement, Gdev may assign to the client the copyright and other assignable intellectual-property rights owned by Gdev in the final bespoke deliverables created specifically for the client.
The following are not transferred merely because they appear in a client project:
- open-source software;
- third-party frameworks, libraries, packages, plugins and APIs;
- stock media, fonts and icons;
- client-supplied materials;
- platform software and infrastructure;
- Gdev's pre-existing or reusable code, tools, templates, methods and know-how; and
- anything Gdev does not legally own or have authority to assign.
The detailed ownership position, licence rights, handover obligations and payment condition are set out in the signed Client Service Agreement.
7. Payment, launch and overdue client projects
Paid client projects are governed by the signed Client Service Agreement and project particulars.
Unless signed project terms expressly provide otherwise:
- production launch, copyright assignment and final handover take place only after all invoices then due have been paid in full and in cleared funds;
- a preview or staging deployment is supplied for review and does not itself transfer ownership;
- Gdev may pause work, withhold launch or handover, and temporarily suspend a Gdev-managed continuing service after the contractual notice process where an undisputed invoice remains overdue;
- Gdev will not deliberately delete or corrupt a client's project, erase client-controlled repositories, insert malware or an undisclosed kill switch, or interfere with client-owned infrastructure as a debt-recovery method; and
- unpaid amounts will be pursued through contractual suspension, interest and recovery costs where lawful, termination, mediation, debt recovery or court proceedings.
Where the client owns the GitHub repository, hosting account, domain or other production infrastructure, Gdev's access remains limited to the authority granted for the agreed work. The detailed notice periods, backup position, restoration charges and lawful remedies are defined in the signed Client Service Agreement.
8. Intellectual property in this Website
Unless stated otherwise, Gdev or its licensors own the rights in the Website and its original:
- written content;
- branding;
- visual design;
- graphics;
- source code;
- reusable components;
- templates; and
- documentation.
You may view the Website and save or print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference.
Without written permission, you must not:
- reproduce substantial parts of the Website;
- copy or imitate its design or branding;
- republish or sell its content;
- remove ownership notices;
- scrape or systematically extract its content;
- reverse engineer restricted functionality; or
- present Gdev's work as your own.
9. Third-party and open-source materials
The Website may use third-party and open-source materials. Those materials remain subject to their applicable ownership and licences.
Third-party services may include hosting, content delivery, source-code hosting, email delivery, calendar, meeting, maps, analytics, security and other platforms.
Gdev does not own or control those services and cannot guarantee that they will continue to operate, remain free, retain current pricing, remain compatible or maintain particular features.
10. Portfolio, testimonials and reviews
Gdev intends to publish only genuine portfolio information, testimonials and reviews.
Testimonials may be shortened or edited for spelling, grammar or clarity without intentionally changing their meaning. A testimonial describes one person's experience and does not guarantee another client's outcome.
Gdev will not knowingly publish fabricated reviews, misrepresent an incentive or create a misleading overall impression.
Questions about the use or accuracy of a testimonial may be sent to hello@gdev.agency.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- submit false, abusive, infringing or malicious material;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- interfere with security, availability or rate limits;
- bypass anti-bot controls;
- overload forms or infrastructure;
- scrape the Website without permission; or
- use the Website in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Gdev may restrict or block access where misuse is reasonably suspected.
12. Information submitted through the Website
You should provide reasonably accurate and relevant information when making an enquiry.
Do not submit through a general contact form:
- passwords;
- full API keys;
- recovery codes;
- payment-card details;
- identity documents;
- health or criminal-record information;
- confidential databases; or
- other highly sensitive information.
Where technical access is needed, use the relevant platform's collaborator, member or delegated-access system instead of sharing a personal password whenever possible.
13. Meetings and third-party booking tools
The Website may link to appointment and meeting services such as Google Calendar or Google Meet.
A booking is subject to availability. Gdev may reasonably reschedule or cancel a meeting and will attempt to notify you using the supplied details.
A booked meeting does not guarantee that Gdev will accept a project and does not itself create a contract.
Third-party booking and meeting providers operate under their own terms and privacy information.
14. External links
External links are supplied for convenience. Gdev does not control and is not responsible for a third party's availability, security, content, accessibility, pricing, privacy practices or terms.
15. Availability and security
Gdev takes proportionate steps to operate the Website securely, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or absolute security.
The Website may be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party incidents, DNS problems, network failure, cyber incidents, legal requirements or events outside Gdev's reasonable control.
16. Accessibility
Gdev aims to make the Website reasonably accessible and usable. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email hello@gdev.agency with details of the adjustment requested.
Do not interpret any accessibility statement or automated score as a guarantee that every page conforms fully with every accessibility standard unless expressly confirmed following an appropriate audit.
17. Liability for Website use
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
For business users, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Gdev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or data arising solely from use of this informational Website.
Liability for paid client services is governed by the signed Client Service Agreement.
If you are legally a consumer, nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
18. Privacy and storage technologies
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Notice.
19. Changes
Gdev may update the Website and these terms to reflect service, operational, security, platform or legal changes. The latest version will be published with a revised date.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
For business users, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may have additional rights to bring proceedings where they live.
21. Contact and complaints
General enquiries or complaints may be sent to:
- Email: hello@gdev.agency
- Address: Gravesend DA12 2AW
Data-protection complaints are handled under the process in the Privacy Notice.
